One of the things on every patient's mind is how they are going to pay for the dental services they need.
We do accept dental insurance, but we are not members of any PPO or managed care plans, so check with your employee benefits department to be sure you can choose your own dentist.
Before any treatment is performed, an estimate and discussion of fees and anticipated insurance coverage will be provided. Please note that insurance coverages vary - the estimate will be close, but may not be exact. A Medical History Form (click here to download) that includes information on your insurance coverage is available online. You can print and fill it in from the comfort of your home, and bring with you to your first appointment.
Fees not covered by insurance are due at the time services are provided. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks and cash.
